Magnetic Hyperthermia and Antibacterial Response of CuCo2O4 Nanoparticles Synthesized through Laser Ablation of Bulk Alloy

The wide variety of uses for nanoparticles (NPs) is due to their unique combination features in a single assembly. arc melted copper-cobalt ingot sample were qualitatively studied using laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS). Later, the fabricated alloy as target material Nd:YAG ablation, CuCo2O4 NPs synthesized. magnetic properties synthesized vibrating magnetometer (VSM). To determine composition and morphology NPs, X-ray diffraction (XRD), energy dispersive (EDX) analysis, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning (SEM), dynamic light scattering (DLS) techniques used. TEM DLS showed that particles spherical shape with an average size 32 nm 28 nm, respectively. antibacterial activity was against S. aureus E. coli strains positive negative controls standard approach. exhibited non-mutagenic potential typhimurium TA-98 TA-100 strains. Furthermore, hyperthermia study nanofluid examined lab-made apparatus. specific absorption rates (SAR) 4.57 5.17 W/g determined field strength 230 μT 247 μT, shows nanoparticles.
